What Nox does
Nox submits applications on the employer's own career pages hosted by Greenhouse and Recruitee. It does not spray applications across job boards. For every role it applies to, it writes a CV variant and a cover letter tailored to that specific job in the candidate's own voice.
When the employer's applicant tracking system sends a confirmation email, Nox forwards that email to the candidate as proof the application was received. You can read the full proof-of-submission protocol, with redacted real employer confirmations, on the proof page.
The live job supply and how it is counted are published on the coverage page.
