Max Ascolani is the founder of Nox, the AI job-search agent. He founded Nox in February 2026 in Los Angeles and studies at the University of Southern California. He builds and oversees the product: the agent finds open roles, scores them against a candidate's preferences, writes a tailored CV and cover letter for each one, and submits the application on the employer's real career page.
What he is building
Nox applies to jobs on the employer's own Greenhouse and Recruitee career pages, not through job-board spray. Every application is reviewed and approved before it goes out, and Nox forwards the employer's confirmation email back to the candidate as proof the application was received.
