Nox beta terms and conditions
These are the expectations for joining the Nox beta. The main point is simple: if you are accepted, use Nox actively and help us learn what works.
Access
Submitting the form puts your application under review. If selected, Max will contact you with next steps.
Active Use
The beta is for active job seekers. If accepted, you should complete onboarding, review or queue your first applications, and keep using Nox during the beta window.
Feedback
You agree that Max may contact you for short feedback check-ins, support follow-ups, and a brief exit interview if you stop using Nox.
Results
Nox can improve the application process, but it cannot guarantee job offers, interviews, assessments, employer replies, or application outcomes.
Data
Nox may use your beta usage, application, support, and feedback data to improve the product and measure results. Public testimonials or named quotes require separate permission.
Account Access
Inactive beta accounts may be removed from active beta access, and unused Nox inboxes may be vacated after useful product data is preserved.
